EP Studies

An EP Study is a diagnostic tool to discover your heart's arrhythmias. AAC physicians measure your heart's electrical activity through a series of controlled impulses. This stimulation may induce the abnormal heart rhythm that has caused your symptoms. The rhythm can then be studied, recorded, and evaluated and a course of treatment recommended.

AAC physicians rely on EP Studies to pinpoint all potential arrhythmias and fine-tune treatments. This short outpatient testing process usually lasts 45 minutes to one hour.
